We at the “One Body At The Well Ministries” are a strong and vibrant community that will do nothing without the leading of the Holy Spirit.
So yes, we are all about the program and agenda of the day, but simultaneously fully open to the spontaneous move of the Spirit. Past experience of this sort has proven to be true with the explosion of the move of the Spirit of God.
This year, we chose by the leading of the Lord to engage rest as a means to awaken to His divine assignment in our lives.

The INTOUCH EXPERIENCE is a live workshop designed to cultivate an "undistracted state of communication," fostering awareness of the present moment with full consciousness of both external surroundings and internal states. Through engaging your body, mind, soul, and spirit.
The Intouch Experience
Over the course of three days, we embark on a journey of day dawning devotion; each morning awakening to the first rays of light. In the tranquil hush of dawn, we individually approach the Lord, assuming the humble posture of an audience of One before the Master. With minds stilled and hearts hushed, we seek communion with the Father, longing to hear His voice.
As the sun ascends, casting its warm embrace upon us, we find solace in the sacred hour, where worries dissipate, burdens lighten, and spirits rejuvenate in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Each session culminates with communion and prophetic moments, as the Holy Spirit moves among us, bringing healing, deliverance, and transformation.

The Sabbath was an opportunity for God’s people to rest and trust. Taking time to rest in God is one way to demonstrate our love for God. God rested on the seventh day after creation and He introduced the Sabbath to Israel through Moses, as a holy day when God’s people must refrain from work. Even Jesus in His human frailty grew physically, relationally, and spiritually tired and needed time away to rest.
Jesus invites the weary to rest: “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me” (v. 29). In Jesus, we find rest. The rest Jesus provides is soul-deep.

Their mission is to equip and empower the body of Christ, helping believers to fulfill God's calling on their lives. Esther Benenoch is the servant leader of GoTell Ministries where she serves as a teaching priest and Christian counselor, alongside her role as a volunteer and coach for crisis pregnancy. Her mission is to impart the deep, transformative truths of God’s Word to His people.
“Mama Mo” as she is popularly addressed is the lead minister of One Body at The Well Ministries. She is unapologetically passionate about Adonai and the Body of Christ.
Dr. Abraham excels in addressing emotional and behavioral challenges such as depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family-related stress. Her unique approach, which combines spirituality, insightful understanding, and empathy with her academic achievements and practical experience, enables her to identify barriers, adjust paths, and achieve the objectives of her clients, and contribute to the healing and mental well-being of the children of God and the church.
Pastor Ayowale Ogunye
Pastor Ogunye is an anointed teacher of the Word of God and a compassionate deliverance minister dedicated to serving people. He fervently prays and passionately engages in spiritual warfare to help God's children break free from bondage so that they experience the freedom that Christ sacrificed for them. He is married to Dcn. Ayodele Ogunye and they are blessed with two children. Their daughter, Dr Ayomide Ogunye, who practises dentistry, and son, Ayotomiwa Ogunye, engaged in management consulting. Dr Ogunye has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and works in the Refinery sector.
Pastor Devins's passion and joy is to teach and equip people to live FEARLESSLY!
Ella is a dedicated Wholeness Coach with a profound passion for wellness. With her WHOLENESS & INTOUCH EXPERIENCE, she guides women on a journey of inner healing, encouraging them to delve into soul work, and empowering them to thrive in their faith journey towards complete wholeness.
Pastor Charles Ikutiminu
He is a dynamic leader passionate about discipleship and the spiritual growth of the body of Christ. He believes in the Jesus' mandate to “make disciples who make disciples” within the church and beyond, whether at home or in the marketplace. Additionally, he envisions the African diaspora communities becoming vibrant, life-giving kingdom people that positively impact families

God’s presence was great at the retreat ground. I was touched in many ways. I became the curious type who goes to get it all. Pastor Charles prayed for my boys and my husband. Pastors Kemi and Bimbo prayed for my girls.
My youngest daughter said she was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and as a result, she will no longer get pregnant. Right now she is pregnant. My first daughter was prayed for for a new job and she just had an assuring interview.
My husband is turning around for good. My boys are doing great. My spiritual life is enhanced to God’s glory. My daughter plans to come to the retreat next year. God is good to me. I was able to meet many more brethren. It is a set apart time for closeness with the Almighty God. I look forward to it.
